When you are planning a trip, don’t forget to visit the country’s visitors board. If you are visiting a popular city, there may also be a tourist board dedicated to that city. Why should you visit one? They often have the most up-to-date information about places to stay, shop and eat. A lot of them offer specific information depending on the type of vacation you are going on. For example, honeymooners will be given different options from those traveling for business. It’s a great jumping point for finding reliable resources. I’ve even called tourist boards before, they are extremely friendly and helpful. Here’s a link to some tourist boards.
