Christina posted a “December Confessions” post and I felt like joining in on the fun.

1. I take my coffee with half coffee, half milk and the equivalent of one packet of sugar. I feel weird about this, so few people know it.
2. I’ve had several journals throughout my life and have lost a number of them. There are two or three that I wish I still had:
1. One from when I was 7 and on vacation in the Philippines and drew lots of pictures and wrote lots of stories.
2. When I was 15, I moved overseas and left a notebook in the attic of my house that my parents were renting to other people. A few months later a hurricane hit and the house was destroyed and I always think about that notebook and wonder if someone found it and read it.
3. My junior year of college was an amazing year. I kept a free calendar from the school and wrote what I did every day in the little squares provided. I’d love to look back on that calendar again.
3. I think Kate Middleton is the world’s best dresser.
4. Though I do really miss my family, shopping at certain stores in the states, and some of the conveniences associated with living in my own country, I absolutely love December in Germany.
5. I wish I had the guts to quit facebook.
6. I wish I had the guts to share more of myself, my work and other things with other people. Both in real life and on the internet.
7. I really love traveling, but wow it’s so much harder with a one-year old and without a car.
8. The car thing, that’s one thing that’s brought me sadness recently. For those that don’t know, I moved to Germany shortly after finding out I was pregnant. We don’t have a car here and the train transportation is awesome. I absolutely love travel by train. But, it’s so hard to do that with a toddler that I just want a car. I also want a car because I love singing at the top of my lungs and I can’t do that on the train or in my apartment.
9. Sometimes all I really want is a fresh-brewed iced tea with lots of ice.
