Here comes Fay!
After an extremely fun weekend riding bikes, BBQ-ing and swimming I am ready for the week. Which works out great because there seems to be a tropical storm headed in my direction. Since there was so much FUN this weekend, I have to do some hurricane-related prep work today. Make sure I have water, gas, some canned goods and batteries. Also, I have to spend some time cleaning my house. We’ve learned over the pass several years not to underestimate the strength of these storms. So, until I feel like we are sufficiently prepared, I will be taking a break from this blog. In other words, unless we lose internet access or power, I should be back tomorrow!
Feel free to leave me a comment on what you did over the weekend. I hope you had as much fun as I did!

I’m also in Fay’s path! The wind has already started, actually. I think I’ll use the time that she’s here to work on some new projects…we rarely lose power, even in hurricanes.
Stay safe!
Stay Safe!
Fay is going to miss me. Hopefully the lights will stay on and I don’t lose the internet. I canceled cable, but I have a hard time not looking online for 5 minutes a day.
This weekend I ate tapioca pudding.
Be careful! I found you through Scoutle…I hope you’re still here in a couple of days!
Best wishes,
