Travel Turtle

I’ve been busy hiding out in my relatively cool home. It’s a hot day in Orlando today, with temperatures feeling like 102 degrees because of the humidity. I made it outside for some quick pictures (see below) and to put air in my tires. That was not so fun. It’s really hot. Fortunately, the computer is inside so now I’m enjoying the a/c and drinking a large glass of ice tea. Did you know there are countries that think the a/c will make you sick? Well, it doesn’t make me sick.

Here we go, this may be a long one.

2. I will be posting these soon. This is just a preview, more details to come. It’s not an ornament, though.

3. I changed the pictures of my christmas wreath ornament, check out the new listing and please let me know what you think. Thank you for all the encouragement on my previous post. It’s more amazing to me every minute when I see someone with strong listings, and many of them, and many sales. It truly is a combination of a large variety of talent. I still accept comments and criticisms.

4. I won a contest recently over at one of my favorite blogs, Chez Larsson. The purse arrived and I love it. It’s the perfect travel purse with lots of zippers, pockets and space. I will have room for my large camera, a bottle of water, my journal. I can’t wait!

5. I would love to know if there’s any destinations out there that you would like to hear more about. I’m in such a mood to do some travel research and since my next trip is taking me up to NYC for the billionth time to visit friends, I have nothing really to plan. So, if you are going somewhere and want some advice or you aren’t going somewhere, but want to know more about a specific place, please let me know.
