Travel Turtle

Last year, I saw the wreath (pictured below) on a blog and I loved it. I saved the picture and did not put any identifying marks as to who made it. I think it’s incredibly beautiful. Do you know who made it? Can you help? I may have seen it on Craft Magazine’s website. I’ve tried to look there, but have had no luck. If you can offer any insight, or if you could ask your readers, I would be forever grateful.
