Thanks! I actually don’t like the bassinet, but you’re right. That can only be done when sitting in the middle row for people that want to use it. When you do option C, do you put the kids on either side of the adult? That would stress me out at this age, maybe when they’re older.

The sidebar buttons look great! Thanks for the link 🙂 We LOVE Lufthansa. In that post, we just got stuck with crappy aircraft. I flew LH alone with my oldest two when we moved here (which is a crazy story http://wp.me/p13Ig0-n). I had a great experience that time as well as all other times I have flown them without kids in the last 10 years. I have to say I’ve never thought of configuration A; we’ve always done B. But I think A is a great idea. The only thing to consider is if you want to use the bassinet or not. If you do, then you will need to do B. We’ve kind of done C on 2-3-2 aircraft where we have three in the middle and then one right behind. It works OK, but meal times are stressful. Have a great trip!

Lufthansa is fine, you guys will do great! I think the 2 and 2 is the best configuration, especially with car seats.

Nothing random going on in my world….
But we flew Lufthansa as a part of one of the legs from Australia to Croatia – and we had zero issues. Nothing exceptional either, but I’ll take non memorable over disaster anyday.
